Who is responsible for your data
The seller identified on the Seller information page is responsible for processing your personal data. For privacy questions and requests, use the contact details at the end of this page.
What we process and why
To receive and fulfil orders, we process your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, ordered products, amounts and other order details. We use this information for communication, delivery, payment and handling complaints. Processing necessary for a purchase is based on entering into and performing a contract.
If you create an account, we process profile details, saved addresses and information required for sign-in and displaying your orders. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes, not readable text.
We use information in enquiries and order notes to respond and handle your request. Please do not include sensitive information that is unnecessary for your purchase.
We process information required for accounting and other mandatory records to comply with legal obligations. Technical data and access records are processed to protect accounts, prevent abuse and maintain the website, based on our legitimate interest in operating securely.
Required and optional information
Required form fields are necessary for the relevant service. We cannot fulfil an order without the necessary delivery and contact details. An account is not required for guest checkout. Order notes are optional.

Processing by service providers
Hosting and email services may involve processing in countries where providers and their subcontractors operate infrastructure. Contact us for information about specific processing locations and applicable safeguards.
Data retention
Retention is determined by the processing purpose, the duration of the customer relationship, business-record retention obligations and the need to handle complaints or legal claims.
Deleting an account does not automatically delete orders and documentation that must be retained on another basis. Contact us for information about particular records or to request deletion.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where the legal conditions are met, you may also request data portability and object to processing.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We may request information necessary to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection .
